Period 1--ELA B 30:
We continued reading Oedpius Rex. We've made good progress and are about half way done. The big revelation scene will be coming up on Monday.
Reminder that Morgan Thorstad is doing the Blues News--it needs to be in Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning at the latest.
Cole McKenzie is assigned for the following week.
Period 2--ELA B 30/AP 30
We continued reading Oedipus Rex. We will continue and hopefully finish on Monday.
Reminder for the AP students to continue reading Frrankenstein.
Period 3--Pre-AP 30
We continued reading Macbeth. We're still getting through the exposition in Act I, so it's slow going. We discussed the first set of prophecies for Macbeth and Banquo. We should finsih Act I on Monday.
Period 4--History 10
Miss Campbell introduced the current events assignment that the students will have every Friday. We did a sample one together by talking about 9/11 and how that would be written up on their assignment sheet. Each students was assigned a Friday that they will have to present their current events on. We then finsihed discussing the Renaissance. The students will do a webquest about DaVinci on Monday.
