Period 1--ELA A 30
We continued with our speeches today.  The students are delivering speeches on the "Most Admirable Canadian of All Time."  We will have to finish the rest tomorrow.

Period 2--AP 30
We are slowly moving toward the second act of the Hamlet.  The students have now been introduced to Hamlet and his misery of losing a father, having his mother "stained," and being overlooked for the throne.  We will continue reading of the fallout from this as we move into the second act.

Period 3 & 4--History 10
In the first period of the double, the students worked in the computer lab to continue their research on Elizabeth I.  In the second double, the students filled out a sticky note from Edward VI and Mary I with:  1.  The most important piece of information they found about Edward and Mary.  2.  Something that surprised them from their research, and a question that they may have.  They also filled out a formative quiz on Elizabeth I.  We will continue with our study of her tomorrow.

Period 5--AP 10
The students had this class to work on their Macbeth essay.
