Sorry for not getting this post up sooner...I took Monday and Tuesday off to attend to some family things. Mrs. Adleman held down the fort for me and here is what was accomplished:
Period 1--AELA B 30
The students elected to read for both Monday and Tuesday. They are reading the novel Night and many are now finished. They have to be finished reading the novel by April 15th.
Period 2--AP 30
The students worked on their fever charts both days.
Period 3--AP 10
The students worked on their fever charts both days.
Period 4--History 10
On Monday, the students did a role playing activity with trying to figure out how various people who were a part of the Industrial Revolution would have felt in situations that were common for the times. The class chared these ideas.
On Tuesday, the students defined "paradigm" and spent some time discussing paradigms, what to do when paradigms shift, etc. They then looked at the paradigm of the traditional Iroquois culture. There were 16 questions the students went through and discussed.
