I've fallen off the blogging wagon again! My apologies. It has been a crazy time. An overview of the work we've been doing this passed week follows:
AP 30/ELA 30--They have needed to finish some assignments (including Over Canada and some other overdue works), so they had time to catch up on this.
ELA B 30
We are working our way through some tales of Chaucer as well as had some time to finish the Prologue assignment. The tales we are looking at are: "The Miller's Tale," "The Pardoner's Tale," "The Knight's Tale," and "The Wife of Bath's Tale." We have a bit more to do with finishing up these tales throughout the rest of the week.
ELA 20
We are doing some work with some inferencing lessons where students pay attention to how they know the information that they do.
AP 10
We are working on two things: their essay for Fahrenheit 451 and reading and annotating Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.
AP 20
We have an assignment with The Crucible where the students have to write a poem from one of the men's point of view. We are into Act II for reading.
