Period 1--ELA B 30
We discussed how to embed quotations into their own work today and then they were given the time left over to work on their own essay.
Period 2 & 3--AP 30
We quickly went through the Victorian poem, "The Defence of Guenevere" by William Morris in the first class of the double and the students wrote a timed write on Victorian literature in the second class of the double. We are working very quickly now to ensure the students can get their responses down to about 40 minutes.
Period 4--ELA 20
The students had this class to work on their fairy tale assignment.
Period 5--AP 10
We continued with our study of "Who Killed Mr. Chippendale?" As we go along, we are noting various themes being discussed and how relevant they are in our setting and current day society.
