Period 1--AP 30/ELA A 30
AP 30: We continued with our study of Victorian prose by examining excerpts. We looked at the literary devices and focussed our analysis with specific prompts applied to each of them. We will do a timed write on Victorian prose on Monday.
ELA A 30: The students had this last class to work on their graphic poem.
Period 2 & 3--ELA B 30
They had this double period to work on their Hamlet essay. These were the last classes during class to complete this.
Period 4--ELA 20
The students had this last class to work on their Fairy Tale point of view shifts (or to finish up their To Kill a Mockingbird essay).
Period 5--AP 10
We are almost finished reading the story/poem called Who Killed Mr. Chippendale?. We will read the last couple of sections (before finding out who did kill Mr. Chippendale), and then try to figure it out ourselves.
