Period 1--AP 30/ELA A 30
This was another work class. They are frantically trying to finish their "monster" essay from AP and the A 30 class needs to complete their reading log.
Period 2--Pre-AP 20
This is the same as yesterday. A group went to read to the Kindergarten kids while the rest worked on their short story questions and ABCs. The last Kindergarten reading will be tomorrow.
Period 3--ELA A 30
The students used this class to clean up some over due assignments and to work on their Sgt John assignment.
Period 4--Pre-AP 10
I reminded many of them of overdue assignments. They will not be allowed to participate in the Spring Carnival if they don't clean up these assignments. Then, we read through a short story called "The Sniper" after discussing civil wars and the challenges they create. There were questions that accompanied the reading.
