Period 1--ELA A 30/AP 30
The students had time to work on the questions for discussion from "Lamp at Noon." Once they were all finished, we had an opportunity to examine their responses. We paid particular attention to the development of theme and how this story fit into the themes of "Diverse Canadian Voices" and "Diverse Canadian Landscapes."
Period 2--Pre-AP 20
We almost finished the play, A Doll's House but didn't quite, so we'll finish that up tomorrow.
Period 3--ELA A 30
This was their penultimate class to work on their various assignments in the computer lab. For many it will be the last if they have to work at the barbeque tomorrow for OES's track and field day.
Period 4--Pre-AP 10
Again, I've lost this class. We had an Awards Afternoon to honour students achieving excellence in academic and athletic endeavours.
