Period 1--AP 30
We reviewed some of their literature from previous grades and examined a few that the students wanted to review. I gave them a sheet that they can fill out on their literature choices and they had time to go over their ideas with partners or in small groups.
Period 2 & 3--ELA A 30
This period was needed to finish up our discussion on Mirage which we did through some comprehension questions that focussed heavily on symbols in the play. After this, the students were given an exam outline and we discussed expectations. I gave them an assignment to work on that mimics some of what they will see on the final; we didn't quite finish this, so will do so tomorrow.
Period 4--AP 10
We stole part of this period for History today and several students completed their current events. After this, they had time to finish their multiple choice practice so we can take it up tomorrow.
Period 5--History 10
With the finish of our study on The Reign of Terror, we moved onto the Directory and Napoleon Boneparte. We will try to work on this quickly so the students have time to review on Friday and Monday.
