We finished our look at political decision making in France and then examined the famous political cartoon:
After this, we used a handout with some primary documents to examine what the issues leading up to the French Revolution were all about.
Period 2--ELA A 30
We were in the computer lab for the students to continue their work on their ABC booklet for Sgt. John.
Period 3--AP 30
As an introduction to the study of the novels they have read, the students took part in a representing assignment that had them create a wall of graffiti focussed on ideas found in their novel. They had this class to work in a group and create a visual context for their book.
Period 4--AP 10
To help them finish up their timed write on Animal Farm, I went over the excerpt with them in more detail and helped them out somewhat. They continued to work on it for the duration of the class.
Period 5--Mentor
The grade 12s had this opportunity to work on homework.
Period 6--AP 20
The grade 11s did their timed write for Othello during this class.
