Unfortunately, I was home with a sick kid today, but Mrs. Adelman was able to come in and cover for me today. This is what the day was like for her.
Period 1--History 10
To break from the students doing research with a PBL, they watched a documentary called "The Rise and Fall of Oliver Cromwell"and took notes from it. They were able to get through two and a half of the five videos. We will finish the other 2 up today.
Period 2--ELA A 30
The kids were treated to Mrs. Adelman reading to them today and we progressed through the book to page 74. We are almost finished part I and then the students can do their second reading log.
Period 3--AP 30
The students continued to read Hamlet and finished the "Nunnery" scene.
Period 4--AP 10
They were in the computer lab working on their Animal Farm character sketch and character comparisons.
Period 5--Mentor
The students had this period to work on their homework
Period 6--AP 20
They continued to read through Othello and finished Act III. We will pick it up from there tomorrow.
