Period 1--AP 20
We continued reading Othello and are ALMOST done...we will finish up Act V tomorrow. Things were just heating up when the bell rang!
Period 2--AP 30
Mr. Farrell continued reading Hamlet with the students. We are well on our way into the play. We've been able to review some of the issues around religion that plague this play (or at least plague Hamlet) and are beginning to see the "antic disposition" starting to work in Act II. We will continue tomorrow.
Period 3--AP 10
To finish off "The Road Not Taken" the students were assigned to write about their own choices and how they might look back on those choices. They also received their 10 new literary device words they will be quizzed on come Friday. Their homework was to make a decision about their favourite book of all time! We will need this information tomororw.
Period 4--History 10
I gave the students back their Glorious Revolution exam and we briefly went over some of the items. Then, we were back into the French Revolution. Today's topics were Louis XVI and the Tennis Court Oath. We will continue with this tomorrow.
