Period 1--AP 30/ELA A 30
We continued with our reading of April Raintree.
Period 2 & 3--ELA B 30
We did a simulation of what it would be like to be crowded in a rail car. The kids could barely last 10 minutes being that close to one another, so imagine what it would have been like for days. We continued our reading of Night. As always, the kids are very respectful during the reading of this book.
Period 4--ELA 20
We continued working on our reading assessment. They will need one more class to finish up.
Period 5--AP 10
After finishing up Act II, the students took some time to choose the most important quotation from each act and explain why (in a paragraph).
