Period 1--Pre-AP 20
We finished going over the power point for To Kill A Mockingbird. After this, the students wanted a refresher on how to write a formal essay, so we reviewed that section in their AP Resourse Booklet.
Period 2--AP 30
We finished going over the power point for Frankenstein. Again, the students wanted a refresher course on how to write a formal essay so we went over parts of the AP Resource Booklet.
Period 3--Pre-AP 10
The students were finally able to sit down and write their first timed write that we've been preparing for. A few of them will need to finish up tomorrow.
Period 4--History 10
We had a handout on personal standard of living that was fun to discuss with the kids. We then began filling out some blanks with a power point that examined some of the Standards of Living of the Iroquoian society. As a reminder, the students have their History 10 exam tomorrow.
